HAYDEN, IDAHO · DONE FOR YOU

The shop above you isn't better than you.

They just have more reviews and somebody answers the phone. We fix both, and you don't do anything. From $297 a month, no setup fee, no contract.

THE GAP

Open Google Maps and search your trade and your town.

The top three usually have a couple hundred reviews. Everybody under them has fifteen. That gap decides who gets called, and it has nothing to do with who does better work.

CLIENT ZERO

The first business I built this for was my own.

We Care Wellness Center in Hayden is my clinic. We were doing good work and quietly losing to places that just had more reviews, so I built the system for us before I sold it to anybody.

RUNNING RIGHT NOW
  • Review request sequence on every completed visit
  • AI replies to every new review within fifteen minutes
  • Missed-call text-back on the clinic line
  • Staff alert whenever a patient replies with a problem
  • Reactivation campaign loaded and ready to run

I'm publishing the numbers from our own reactivation run as soon as it finishes, rather than putting someone else's screenshot here. If you want to see the setup before then, ask me on a call and I'll walk you through the live account.

SEE IT WORK

Don't take my word for it. Call it.

(208) 551-5477

That's the same kind of agent we'd build for your business. It knows hours, prices, service area, and it books onto a real calendar. Ask it anything. Try to trip it up.

It's an AI. We're not going to be cute about that. Compare it to what's answering your phone at eight on a Sunday, which right now is voicemail.

HOW WE WORK

You send one list. We do the rest.

No software to learn, no new number, no rip-and-replace. Four steps and only one of them is yours.

01

Free review audit

We pull your listing and the shops ranking above you. Ten minutes of my time, costs you nothing, and you keep the report either way.

02

You send your customer list

That's your whole job. Invoices, a spreadsheet, an export from whatever you book with. Messy is fine.

03

We build it, about a week

Your number stays the same. Nothing about how you work changes. You don't learn any software.

04

The reviews start

You watch the count climb. The first ones usually land inside two weeks, from customers you already had.

ERIC BACKMANFOUNDER · HAYDEN, ID
THE FOUNDER

A local business owner who happens to build systems for hospitals.

Eric owns and runs We Care Modern Physical Medicine & Performance, a clinic on Prairie Ave in Hayden. He knows what it means to sign a lease, make payroll, and watch a competitor get calls that should have been yours.

He built this system for the clinic first, because we were doing good work and quietly losing to places that just had more reviews. It worked, so he started building it for other local shops.

Before the clinic he spent two decades engineering mission-critical systems for Volvo, BMW, and healthcare names like Sacred Heart, Deaconess and PAML. That's why your system isn't going to break, and why he's not going anywhere.

Straight answers

Will this annoy my customers?

The first message isn't even an ask, it's a check-in to make sure the job went fine. The review request comes later. And the reminder only goes to people who haven't already left one, so nobody gets asked twice.

Can't I just do this myself?

You could. Most owners who say that have already tried, which is usually why they end up hiring it out. It isn't hard. It's relentless. It's texting every customer after every job, forever, and chasing the ones who don't answer. You'll do it for three weeks. The system does it for three years.

Am I replacing anybody?

No. You decide the hours the phone agent answers, and most shops set it to after hours, weekends, and when the line's already busy. Your people answer the phone all day exactly like they do now. The hours nobody was covering get covered.

Do you filter out the bad reviews?

No, and nobody honest does. Screening customers and only sending the link to the happy ones violates Google's terms and can get your listing penalized. Everybody gets the same message and the same link. That's why the first message is a check-in, so if something went wrong you hear about it and can fix it before it becomes a review.

What if I don't have a customer list?

Then the fast win won't be as fast, and I'd rather tell you that up front than sell around it. We'd build the review flow forward instead, from every job going out from now. It works, it's just a slower story. If you've got invoices, QuickBooks, or a phone list, that counts.

How fast does it go live?

About a week from the day you send your list. Your phone number stays the same and nothing about how you work changes.

THE FIRST LOOK IS FREE

Find out where you actually rank.

I'll pull your Google listing next to the shops ranking above you and send you a one page breakdown. What they've got, what you've got, and the three things worth fixing. Costs you nothing and you keep it either way.
