Your competitor isn't better than you. He's just easier to trust.

People pick the business with more reviews. Not the better one, the one that looks safer. We fix that automatically, starting with the customers you already have.

THE GAP

Open Google Maps and search your trade and your town.

The top three usually have a couple hundred reviews. Everybody under them has fifteen. That gap decides who gets called, and it has nothing to do with who does better work.

Nobody in the bottom group is worse at the job. They just have fewer people vouching for them.

WEEK ONE

The people who already like you were never asked.

Every business has hundreds of past customers who were happy and never got asked for a review. Not because anybody dropped the ball. It just never got asked.

Week one, we go back through your list and ask them. Typically about one in ten leaves a review. For a shop with five hundred past customers that's forty to seventy five reviews in the first few weeks.

That's usually the biggest jump you'll ever see, and it happens before your second invoice.

THE MECHANISM

The Review Flywheel

Five parts, running by themselves. You send us one customer list at the start. After that you don't touch it.

  1. 01

    Reactivate

Week one, we ask the customers you already earned and never asked.

  2. 02

    Request

After every job from now on, automatically, forever.

  3. 03

    Respond

Every review gets a reply within minutes, day or night.

  4. 04

    Repurpose

Your best reviews become social posts on a schedule.

  5. 05

    Report

The count climbing, in your inbox, every month.

  6. Then it starts over. Every job feeds the next review.

The 14-Day Review Guarantee

Send us your customer list and if you don't have new Google reviews within 14 days of going live, that month is on us. No contract either way.

I can say that because of the reactivation campaign. Your old customers were happy. Most of them were just never asked. When we ask, they answer.

We follow Google's rules, which is rarer than it should be.

Some services screen your customers first and only send the review link to the ones who seem happy. That's review gating. It violates Google's terms and it can get your listing penalized. We ask everybody, same link, every time. It's the only version still working for you in three years.

This is a fit if

  • You do good work and people are glad they hired you
  • You've got past customers, even if the list is messy
  • You'd take more calls if they came in

This isn't a fit if

  • You're booked out and don't want more work
  • You want the cheapest thing on the market
  • You want to run it yourself and just need the software

Straight answers

Will this annoy my customers?

The first message isn't even an ask, it's a check-in to make sure the job went fine. The review request comes later. And the reminder only goes to people who haven't already left one, so nobody gets asked twice.

Do you filter out the bad reviews?

No, and nobody honest does. Screening customers by how happy they seem and only sending the link to the good ones violates Google's terms and can get a listing penalized. Everybody gets the same message and the same link. That's why the first message is a check-in, so if something did go wrong you hear about it and can fix it before it becomes a review.

What if I don't have a customer list?

Then the fast win won't be as fast, and I'd rather tell you that up front than sell around it. We'd build the review flow forward instead, from every job going out from now. It works, it's just a slower story. If you've got invoices, QuickBooks, or a phone list, that counts.

Can't I just do this myself?

You could. Most owners who say that have already tried, which is usually why they end up hiring it out. It isn't hard. It's relentless. It's texting every customer after every job, forever, and chasing the ones who don't answer. You'll do it for three weeks. The system does it for three years.

How fast does it go live?

About a week from the day you send your list. Your phone number stays the same and nothing about how you work changes.
